[:ro]Alexandra și Mihai Munteanu, francizați 5 to go și iubitori înrăiți de cafea, au ales să-și deschidă propria afacere din nevoia de schimbare, dar și de auto-depășire. Aflăm împreună care a fost experiența lor, ce i-a motivat și ce au învățat după tot acest timp investit în propria afacere.

De la o simplă plimbare în parc, la o decizie radicală – așa a luat naștere aventura 5 to go pentru cei doi. Deși amândoi lucrau deja de ani buni în alte domenii, și-au dorit să facă o schimbare și să-și ia destinul în propriile mâini:  „Practic am hotărât să luăm decizii NOI pentru NOI, sentimentul acela de control asupra propriului destin.”

Cei doi nu și-ar fi imaginat niciodată un loc mai potrivit decât țara noastră pentru business-ul lor: „Aici ne-am născut, aici am crescut, nu ne-ar plăcea niciodată să stăm departe de familiile noastre! Avem niste studii pe care le-am aprofundat, ne ajută și ne vor ajuta mereu în plan profesional, indiferent de domeniul de activitate. Avem o țară frumoasă cu oameni minunați, iar în România există un potențial mare de dezvoltare în zona antreprenoriatului.”

Mihai și Alexandra au considerat că 5 to go este modelul ideal de business ce le poate oferi atât oportuitatea de a se dezvolta pe plan profesional, cât și posibilitatea de a fi creativi:  „Am ales 5 to go pentru că suntem iubitori de cafea și fiindcă eram deja clienți. Este un business cu un potențial în creștere de la an la an și este un brand românesc! Totodată, avem posibilitatea de a folosi la cote înalte creativitatea și imaginația.”

În plan personal, administrarea unei afaceri împreună a contribuit atât la dezvoltarea eficientă a business-ului, cât și la întărirea legăturii dintre cei doi: „Ne-am consolidat relația și am învățat să fim un TOT: soț și sotie, prieteni  și asociați. Ne sfătuim încontinuu și nu există nicio dimineață fară mesajul dat la 07:00 (când deschidem cafenelele): “Să ai o zi spornică și frumoasă.”

Schimbarea completă a domeniului de activitate a reprezentat o adevărată provocare pentru cei doi, însă nu regretă pasul făcut. Au luat totul de la zero, iar în trei ani și-au dezvoltat capacitatea decizională, abilitatea de comunicare, perserverența și au învățat că disciplina are un rol esențial în managementul business-ului:  „Am învățat multe lucruri și am cunoscut foarte mulți oameni minunați, începând de la fondatori, francizati, până la cei care ne iau acest interviu. Întotdeauna când am avut un moment de cumpănă, când am avut nevoie de un sfat, Radu a fost alături de noi și, ceea ne încântă este faptul că suntem o echipă care împarte idei de colo-colo astfel încât toate acestea să se contureze în business-ul nostru.”

Alexandra și Mihai s-au bucurat de multe momente semnificative de când au deschis prima cafenea 5 to go. De la un tablou pictat manual special pentru ei, până la ziua deschiderii celei de-a treia cafenele. Atât clienții, cât și angajații, le amintesc zilnic motivul pentru care și-au deschis această afacere:  „Daca până în acel moment eram noi doi, în două locații la întâmpinarea clienților era lesne de înțeles că nu ne puteam clona. Atunci a intervenit Mira, colega noastră care bucură diminețile oaspeților din Armenească. Pot spune că suntem niste norocoși! Mira se descurcă foarte bine, are grijă de cafenea, împarte zâmbete și face cafele delicioase! Feedback-ul clienților este unul foarte bun și suntem bucuroși că o avem lângă noi.”

From a simple walk in the park to a radical decision – that’s how the 5 to go adventure for the two was born. The two would never have imagined a more suitable place than our country for their business: “Here we were born, here we grew up, we would never like to be away from our families! We have some studies that we have deepened, they help us and will always help us professionally, regardless of the field of activity. We have a beautiful country with wonderful people, and in Romania there is a great potential for development in the area of ​​entrepreneurship. “

Mihai and Alexandra considered that 5 to go is the ideal business model that can offer them both the opportunity to develop professionally and the opportunity to be creative: “We chose 5 to go because we are coffee lovers and because we were already customers. It is a business with a growing potential from year to year and it is a Romanian brand! At the same time, we have the opportunity to use our creativity and imagination to great heights. “

Personally, running a business together has contributed both to the efficient development of the business and to the strengthening of the connection between the two: “We strengthened our relationship and learned to be a WHOLE: husband and wife, friends and associates. We are constantly counseled and there is no morning without the message given at 07:00 (when we open the cafes): “Have a nice and beautiful day.”

The complete change of field of activity was a real challenge for the two, but they do not regret the step taken. They took everything from scratch, and in three years they developed their decision-making ability, communication skills, perseverance and learned that discipline plays a key role in business management: “I learned a lot and met a lot of wonderful people. , from the founders, franchisees, to those who take this interview with us. Whenever we had a turning point, when we needed advice, Radu was with us and what we love is the fact that we are a team that shares ideas from place to place so that all this can take shape in business. ours. “

Alexandra and Mihai have enjoyed many significant moments since they opened the first 5 to go cafe. From a hand-painted picture especially for them, until the opening day of the third cafe. Both customers and employees remind them daily why they opened this business: “If until then we were two, in two locations to meet customers it was easy to understand that we could not clone. Then Mira intervened, our colleague who enjoys the mornings of the guests from Armenească. I can say that we are lucky! Mira does very well, takes care of the cafe, shares smiles and makes delicious coffees! The customer feedback is very good and we are glad to have it with us. ”
