What You’ll Do
- Create engaging TikTok & Instagram Reels content for 5 to go / 5 to go Home.
- Stay on top of trends, sounds, memes & formats (before everyone else).
- Shoot, edit and post short-form videos (phone-friendly).
- Translate brand ideas into content people actually want to watch.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with campaign goals, brand messaging, and overall social media strategy.
- Have fun.
What We’re Looking For
- You get TikTok & Reels culture (not just the algorithm).
- You have experience creating short-form video content (personal or brand accounts).
- You’re confident on camera or great behind it.
- You know basic video editing (CapCut, TikTok).
- You’re creative, proactive, and not afraid to try new ideas.
- Bonus points if you love coffee.
Work Setup
This position is remote, with occasional on-site meetings for alignment on objectives and collaboration with the marketing department. Flexible schedule (you’re free to manage your own schedule as long as content is delivered and published on time).
